SRAM® products used: SRAM RED group set

Zipp® products used: Zipp 101s for training and Zipp 303 Firecrest® for racing.

Favorite SRAM product and why: SRAM RED.

Favorite Zipp product and why: 303 Firecrest wheels. They’re fast, light and good for cornering on technical ITU courses.

Do you train with a SRAM-Quarq power meter? Yes, I love it.

What is one surprising or helpful thing you learned about yourself from training and/or racing with power? It’s always surprising to see how much the power varies in an ITU race. With attacks off the front pack and chasing out of corners, my power is constantly changing.

You’re stranded on a desert island and you have to choose one of each of the following:

One album? Sam McGlone’s iPod

One candy? Chocolate

One vice? iPhone
